Ingredients

  • 1 cube yeast
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 600 grams flour
  • 100 g mararine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk

  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • some milk, possibly

Instructions

  1. Put the yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and milk in a bowl. Heat to approx. 40 ° C until the yeast has completely dissolved, making sure that the milk does not get too warm.
  2. Remove from the stove and stir in the flour first. Then add the soft margarine and knead the dough well until it is smooth and bubbles. Cover the dough and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir together all the ingredients for the filling. Roll out the dough into a large sheet and spread the filling on top. Cut the sheet of dough into three parts, roll up individually and braid into a tight braid. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 - 30 minutes.
