Macaroni and Ham Casserole with Vegetables

Instructions

First cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Cook the carrots and broccoli in salted water until they are al dente. Drain everything well.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, cheese, caraway seeds, herbs and garlic well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta, carrots, broccoli, leek, corn and ham and mix everything well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad.
Tip: Depending on the season or taste, this casserole can also be prepared with other vegetables. For example with peas, asparagus, cauliflower, zucchini
