Ingredients
- 1 packet spinach, frozen
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 slices cheese
- 1 cup cream, or 200 ml milk
- 1 packet processed cheese, reduced fat
- some parmesan, grated
- 24 noodles (macaroni)

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the spinach in a baking dish and place in the oven to defrost, stirring occasionally. Cook the pasta. Heat the milk / cream in a saucepan and dissolve the processed cheese in it.
- Place a slice of cheese on a slice of cooked ham. Bend 4 macaroni in the middle and roll them in the cheese and ham. Place the rolls on top of the spinach in the baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over them and sprinkle with parmesan. Baked in the oven until golden brown.
