  • 500 g pasta, (macaroni)
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 red pepper (s) from the glass
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Finely chop the cloves of garlic and cook until golden in the olive oil, season with salt.
  3. Halve the pepper, remove the stalk, core and cut into small pieces, add with the parsley and sauté briefly.
  4. Mix the pasta with the garlic sauce.
