- 300 g suar
- 50 g allspice
- 6 peppercorns
- 8 carnation (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg, freshly grated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 200 ml rum, 75%
- 100 ml rum, white, 40%

- First cook a syrup from the water and sugar, boil the water once and stir in the sugar until it has dissolved. Then let everything cool down.
- Put all remaining ingredients in a blender and puree them finely, then fill into a bottle and pour the sugar syrup on top.
