- 4 cans mango (s), cut into strips, in sugar
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 tablespoon, heaped sugar
- 2 packs gelatine fix

- Puree the drained mangos from the can with a hand blender or mixer. Then add a can of coconut milk and puree again briefly. Depending on your taste, add one to two tablespoons of sugar and mix well. The other two tablespoons of sugar will be used later. Add the gelatine fix slowly and in portions and stir in. Put everything in dessert glasses and chill for at least two hours.
- After the two hours have elapsed, peel the mango and cut into small pieces / cubes. Put the sugar in the pan, let it melt and then turn the mangoes in it and wait until they are a little brownish. Put a good tablespoon of it on each glass.
- If you like, you can go with a good liqueur or syrup like Grand Marnier or maple syrup. Just put a little bit of it on top.
- Tips: You can also use very ripe, fresh mangoes instead of canned mangoes. Instead of the gelation fix you can also use sheet gelatine, whereby the gelatine fix is simply practical and can be mixed into the total mass. Two packs are enough for the mixture to have a quark or yogurt-like consistency. Three packs make everything firmer, similar to pudding.
- The five servings are very large. Use for 10 people if you just want a small dessert.
