  • 2 mango (s), ripe
  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • salt
  • Cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the stone. Put the pulp in the blender with olive oil and puree.
  2. Peel the garlic and press it to the pulp. Wash the chilli pepper, halve lengthwise, remove the core and dice finely. Mix in with the purée and season with salt and cane sugar.
  3. Goes very well with grilled veal skewers.
