Ingredients

  • 150 g ladyfiners
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 300 g yourt (vanilla yourt)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 can mango (s) (425 g)
  • Chocolate, white, shaved into shavings
  • Mango (s) - columns to decorate

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with half of the ladyfingers. Mix the orange juice and orange liqueur and drizzle half of it over the biscuits.
  2. Mix the quark with the vanilla yoghurt, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Drain and puree the mango. Spread half of the mango puree over the biscuits. Spread half of the quark cream on top. Layer the remaining biscuits and drizzle with the remaining juice and liqueur mixture. Layer the remaining mango and quark mixture on top as before.
  3. Decorate the tiramisu with white chocolate chips and mango wedges as desired. Chill for about 1 hour, then serve.
  4. Tip: You can also use other fruits such as peaches, pears or plums for this.
