Marinated Mozzarella with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 packs mozzarella, each 15 g
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, grainy
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 avocado (s), approx. 225 g
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bunch rocket, 00-25 g
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- possibly dill, for sprinkling

- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper together. Baste the mozzarella slices with it and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- To dice tomatoes. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the pulp, dice and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Place the cleaned rocket on a plate, arrange the mozzarella on top. Mix the marinade with the oil and the remaining lemon juice. Mix in the avocado and tomatoes. Spread the mixture over the mozzarella slices. Sprinkle with dill to taste.
- Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
