Ingredients

  • 1 packet tofu
  • 2 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s)
  • 3 cm ginger root
  • 1 lemon (s), organic
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into pieces about 2 cm. Cut the chilli, ginger, garlic and onion into small pieces. Peel the lemon peel thinly (only the yellow, the white is bitter) and finely chop. Use 2 tablespoons of the zest and the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Place the tofu in a bowl, pour all the ingredients on top and stir.
  3. Stir again in between.
  4. This mixture is ready for frying after half an hour.
  5. You can put the mixture together with the tofu in a transparent bag in the refrigerator overnight, then the marinade is better absorbed.
  6. Heat the sesame oil in a pan (on 6 levels on level 4) and add the tofu mixture. From time to time to turn. After about 10 minutes it is ready.
  7. Goes well with vegetables in coconut milk with rice.
