Ingredients

  • 2 potato (s)
  • 400 g fish fillet (s)
  • 90 g mushrooms
  • 130 g carrot (s)
  • 100 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • parsley
  • chives
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions, garlic and potatoes into small cubes. Then fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms in a little oil. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the potato pieces and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the fish fillet into cubes and add the carrots cut into small slices to the pan, add a little more water and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally add the Cremefine and make the whole thing creamy.
  3. Season to taste with tomato paste, lemon juice and the spices, sprinkle with chopped parsley and chives.
