Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s), (pangasius fillets)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 can pineapple, (pieces)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • oil
  • curry

Instructions

  1. Cut the pangasius fillet into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  2. Fry both in hot oil. Put the pineapple pieces in the pan with juice. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Add the coconut milk and the processed cheese and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Rice is served with it.
