Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 200 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cl liqueur (almond liqueur - amaretto)
  • 200 ml juice (banana juice)
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 300 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • leaves Peppermint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water. Cut the marzipan into small pieces. Separate eggs. Mix the yolks and sugar until frothy. Add the marzipan and 2cl almond liqueur and mix everything into a creamy mixture. Squeeze out the gelatine, dissolve it in a little hot water and mix it with the banana juice, fold into the marzipan mixture. Beat the cream and egg white separately. Fold both one after the other under the marzipan mixture. Chill for about 1 hour. Thaw the berry mixture in a bowl. Mix the vanilla sugar and the remaining almond liqueur and mix with the berries. Arrange the marzipan cream and berry cocktail and serve garnished with peppermint leaves.
