Ingredients

  • 100 g nouat
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g almond (s), round or hazelnuts
  • 100 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put paper liners in the muffin tin. Freeze the nougat briefly, then it is easier to cut into small pieces.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, mix in the almonds, nougat pieces and salt. Put the marzipan mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds, it will then be soft and easier to process. Mix the soft marzipan mixture with the butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and the milk. Now add the flour mixture and fold in. Pour the batter into the molds and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
