Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (the one from Pfennig)
- 1 cup crème fraîche with garlic
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet

- Put the mayonnaise and crème fraiche in a bowl (preferably a plastic bowl with a lid). Peel the garlic, chop it very finely or put it in a garlic press and add to the bowl. Then add the paprika powder and stir well.
- Then cover it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then serve.
- Serve with salted crackers, raw vegetables or as a snack sauce for grilling, but also totally delicious as an accompaniment to fondue or raclette. Very suitable for parties.
