Meat Bread with Mushroom Filling

by Editorial Staff

Today we are preparing a Spanish dish – meat bread. But I decided not to cook a classic recipe, but to make meat bread with a filling. Excellent for the festive table! Including the New Year’s table!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat (I have beef, but you can take anyone you like) – 600 g
  • Champignons – 250 g
  • Bacon (thinly sliced) – 4 slices
  • Cheese (thinly sliced) – 2 slices
  • Onions – 1 medium for minced meat + 1 small for filling
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying and greasing the mold

Directions

  1. Cooking the filling. To do this, fry finely chopped onions with garlic and bay leaves in vegetable oil until golden. Add finely chopped champignons, salt, and pepper. Fry until golden brown.
  2. Add to the minced meat, chopped in a blender, salt (8 g), and ground pepper. We mix.
Grease the rectangular shape with vegetable oil. We spread the minced meat in a mold, make a depression in the center.
  3. Put the bacon in the groove in the minced meat.
  4. Then the mushroom filling and cheese, cut into thin slices.
  5. Pour 3 eggs onto the cheese. Salt the eggs.
  6. We bake minced meat with mushrooms, bacon, and cheese in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
