Ingredients
Mixed minced meat (pork and beef) – 600 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Champignons (medium) – 4 pcs.
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Loaf – 2-3 dry slices
Milk – 100 ml
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
Hard cheese – 75 g
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Mushroom seasoning – to taste
Bread crumbs – 100 g
Directions
Soak rusks (loaf slices) in hot milk.
Wash the mushrooms, wipe dry, chop finely. Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions in a preheated pan with oil, for a few minutes, until the juice evaporates. Add seasoning and sour cream and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Pass the meat through a meat grinder again along with a loaf and parsley soaked in milk. Add egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and beat off the minced meat. Divide with wet hands.
Dip the meat balls in bread crumbs. Make indentations with a small glass, sides around the glass.
Put 1 teaspoon of mushrooms into the groove of each “nest”.
Using a spatula, gently transfer the nests to a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment. Bake meat nests in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place in the “nests”. Bake the meat “nests” for another 15-20 minutes to brown the cheese a little.
