Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 2 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 400 g turkey breast fillet (s) or chicken breast fillet
- 1 lemon (s)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 small chilli pepper (s), dried
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cook the macaroni al dente, pour off and spread the oil over it so that they don`t stick to each other when it cools. (Let it cool down well, very important !!!)
- Dice the chicken breast fillet, season with pepper and paprika (I like to add some soy sauce to marinate).
- Wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Skin and core tomatoes (remove all liquid!) And dice. Sear the meat, sauté the spring onions and finally add the tomatoes. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper, chilli (remove the seeds and chop, alternatively Tabasco), and lemon juice.
- Always 8-14 (depending on how you prefer it) (cold !!!) take together and knot macaroni, place on a tray (makes about 16 noodle nests). Then distribute the filling in the hollows of the knots. Prepare the hollondaise sauce and spread it over the noodle nests. Finally sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
