Instructions

Sauté the onions in a pan with butter.
Mash the peeled potatoes with milk and onions. season with salt and pepper.
Place the mashed potatoes in 2 portions on a baking sheet and form into nests (pile with a hollow in the middle). Put an egg in each of the nests and sprinkle everything with cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
