Recipe for cooking meatballs in foil – we are preparing an original dish for lovers of hearty and tasty food. Cooking meatballs in foil is very simple and convenient – I recommend trying.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 700 Grams
  • Boiled Rice – 1/2 Cup
  • Potatoes – 5 Pieces
  • Large onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 3 Pieces
  • Sliced champignons – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 70 Grams
  • BBQ sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Dried Rosemary – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes, the main thing is not thick enough to cook. Cut the carrots into slices too. Distribute all ingredients separately.
  2. Chop the onion finely, chop the garlic and add to the minced meat along with the rice. Season well with salt and pepper, then form into balls.
  3. Now mix the rosemary and oil. Put the ingredients on the parchment (spread the parchment on the foil). Three balls per serving.
  4. Sprinkle with barbecue sauce and salt again. Now we wrap it up carefully.
  5. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 C for 20-25 minutes. If you cook outdoors, cook in hot coals, but never directly on the fire! And wait for a delicious aroma to appear

Bon appetit)
