Ingredients
- 4 kohlrabi
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g minced meat, seasoned
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Clean, wash and peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks.
- Heat the oil in a high pan, add the kohlrabi and sauté. Add the broth. Shape the chopped dumplings and add to the kohlrabi. Cook everything for 20 minutes.
- Add the cream just before serving and sprinkle with parsley.
- Tip: Parsley potatoes taste great with it
