Ingredients

  • 4 kohlrabi
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g minced meat, seasoned
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks.
  2. Heat the oil in a high pan, add the kohlrabi and sauté. Add the broth. Shape the chopped dumplings and add to the kohlrabi. Cook everything for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the cream just before serving and sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Tip: Parsley potatoes taste great with it
