Ingredients

  • 400 g round beef
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 g tomato (s), small
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram

Instructions

  1. Dice half of the peppers and cut the other half into strips. Dice the onions and garlic. Dice the feta. Halve the small tomatoes.
  2. Mix the minced meat, egg, psyllium husks and spices together to taste. Add the diced peppers, half of the onions and half of the garlic. Finally, carefully mix in the feta. Shape the meat dough into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the crème fraîche with the tomato paste and spices. Mix the pepper strips, the tomato halves, the remaining onions and the remaining garlic with the creme fraîche. Pour the mixture into the baking dish around the roast.
