Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 7 large potato (s)
  • 2 large cans vegetables, mixed (carrots and peas)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some parsley, dried, frozen or fresh
  • some vegetable broth
  • water
  • 1 sachet mashed potato powder, to thicken

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a large saucepan, cut the onion into cubes, add to it. Season with a little salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and add. Add about 2 liters of water, plus the water from the mixed vegetables and 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable stock, simmer for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables 5 minutes before the end so that they do not overcook.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste and add parsley. Depending on how thick you like the stew, thicken it with mashed potatoes. Finished.
