Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), peeled, diced approx. .5 cm in size
- 2 zucchini (courgette), washed, quartered, approx. 1.5 cm in cubes (50 g)
- 2 peppers, pitted, peeled, diced approx. 1.5 cm (300 g)
- 5 large carrots, peeled, quartered, 1 cm diced (400 g)
- some olive oil
- some salt and pepper

- Heat the frying pan with a little olive oil, add the potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the carrots and fry again for a good 5 minutes. Then add the peppers and courgettes and fry until done. Season to taste with salt and pepper as required. Gradually add a little olive oil if necessary.
