- 4 large potato (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup mascarpone (approx. 200 - 250 g)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (shashlik spice)

- First peel and dice the potatoes and sweet potatoes. Then clean the pepper and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces in it. Season with a little salt, pepper and shashlik spice. Remove the potatoes after frying. Fry the sweet potato cubes and the pepper pieces in the same fat. Season these with a little salt and pepper.
- Then mix the potatoes with the sweet potatoes and pieces of pepper in a prepared baking dish. Pour the mascarpone over it and distribute it evenly.
- Place the vegetable mixture in the oven at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
- Goes well as an accompaniment to pan-fried foods or as a vegetarian main course.
