  • 125 g flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 ml beer
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 egg whites
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 12 mushrooms, fresh
  • 100 g carrot (s)

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from the flour, egg yolk and beer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter.
  3. Fill a tall saucepan with clarified butter and heat. Dip the vegetables in the batter and fry them in the hot clarified butter until golden brown.
  4. Then place on paper towels and drain.
  5. Dips also taste very good.
