Ingredients

  • 400 g beef fillet (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Gouda, grated
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C top / bottom heat and place an empty casserole dish in it.
  2. Core the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Peel, crush and stir in the garlic cloves. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Also stir in the cream cheese and chopped herbs.
  3. Clean the oyster mushrooms, pepper, salt and fry them in heated olive oil. Add some garlic powder if you like. Then take it out and keep it warm.
  4. Cut the beef fillet into slices about 2 cm thick, season with pepper and fry briefly on both sides until brown (no more than 1 minute per side). Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry briefly.
  5. Take the fillet out of the pan and place in the warmed-up baking dish. Spread the fried oyster mushrooms around it. Then distribute the tomato mixture on the fillet pieces, sprinkle with Gouda cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
