Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes in an unperforated GN container or similar container. Salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and turn several times. You should then be with the cut surface facing down. Cook in the combi steamer at 170 ° C, 85% for 25 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the remaining vegetables, mix in with the herbs, chilli and garlic so that everything is moistened with oil, and cook at 180 ° C for 90% for another 20 minutes. Mix again 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Arrange and decorate with a little fennel green.
  3. The amount is enough as a side dish for two people. We eat twice as much, sometimes with some diced feta cheese, which is poured over the dish 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, as a main course.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
