  • 2 zucchini
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 stems rosemary
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potato, wash the zucchini and then cut both into thin slices. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add garlic and rosemary (whole stalks) and mix.
  3. Put the sour cream on the bottom of a baking dish and spread the vegetables over it. Place the sliced mozzarella on top and bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack.
