Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), ripe
- 0.5 ½ melon (Galia)
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 40 g honey
- 40 g crème fraîche

- For the dressing, mix together lemon juice, honey and crème fraiche and place in a bowl. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and cut into small slices. Mix with the dressing right away so that they don`t turn brown. Halve the melon and remove the stones. Remove the pulp from the skin, dice and mix in as well. Serve.
