Cut open the watermelon, cut the pulp into small cubes and freeze in a freezer bag overnight.
Before preparation, roughly chop the melon mass in the still closed freezer bag, this is best done with a rolling pin. Put the mixture in a blender and add the passion fruit nectar. Then mix at medium speed for approx. 10-15 seconds until a sorbet-like, even mixture has formed.
Fill the slush into two glasses, add ice cubes and serve garnished with lemon or melon slices, peppermint or lemon balm leaves.
This slush is easy to prepare, always close at hand and wonderfully refreshing.
