Ingredients

  • 1 melon (s) (Galia melon)
  • 200 g rocket
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 200 g cheese, e.., Emmentaler, Gouda or the like.
  • 6 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Core the halved melon and remove the pulp with a ball cutter. Set the melon halves aside.
  2. Cut the cheese into strips and mix with the melon balls, spring onions, rocket and tomato halves and pour into the empty melon halves.
  3. Mix walnut oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar into a dressing and sprinkle the salad with it.
