Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s)
  • 1 large onion (s), finely diced
  • some white wine to deglaze
  • 500 ml cream, liquid
  • 500 ml milk
  • Vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • some flour
  • 1 glass hot or mild hot peppers

Instructions

  1. Pork, you can also take schnitzel, chop and fry, do not let it get too brown because of the light color. Add the diced onions, season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with a dash of white wine, then fill up with a little vegetable stock and simmer a little, depending on the type of meat. Then fill up with liquid cream and milk to the desired amount. You can also just use cream, then it will of course be creamier but also richer.
  2. Thicken with flour and cook carefully, curdles easily. The consistency shouldn`t be soggy, but also not too runny.
  3. Just before serving, add the chopped peppers (I use half mild, half hot). This dish needs a certain spiciness. Don`t let it boil anymore, otherwise the liquid will curdle.
