Garlic – 1 Piece
Olive oil – 1 Piece
Salt – 1 Piece
Cilantro – 1 Piece

Chop the garlic and cilantro.
Put the meat in a bowl and sprinkle it with a couple of garlic cloves, two tablespoons of cilantro, add a little olive oil, the juice of the squeezed half of a lime, salt, pepper and pour with beer. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Let’s start preparing Guacamole. You will need: 1 ripe avocado, cumin, coriander, ground red pepper, tomato, shallots, Habanero sauce and Serrano pepper.
We clean the avocado from the pit.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Rinse the tomato with hot water and place in cold water in order to remove the skin. Cut the tomato in half.
Finely chop the tomato, onion and a clove of garlic. Chop the Serrano pepper.
Mix avocado with herbs, tomato, onion and garlic.
We send the sauce to the refrigerator. Remember to cover the bowl with the bag.
6 hours later we take out Karne Asada from the marinade. Let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes. During this time, you can heat up the grill. Fry the meat on the grill.
The meat is ready! Cover it with foil and let cool for 15 minutes.
Cut the meat into small pieces. The dish is served on flat cakes or pancakes.
