  • 600 g wheat flour
  • 350 g milk, lukewarm
  • 90 g butter
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a pre-dough from half of the flour, dry yeast, milk and salt and then cover it and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter, brush out the loaf pan and add the rest to the dough with the remaining flour. The dough should then be kneaded for at least 5 minutes. Then let the dough rise again covered for 30 minutes, knead it again after the resting time and fill it in the baking pan. Slightly score the dough in the middle along the baking pan and brush the surface with water so that it does not dry out. The milk capsule cooks in the oven preheated to 180 ° C within 45 minutes. Place a fire-proof container with water in the oven during the baking process, then the milk capsule is guaranteed not to dry out.
  3. After baking, do not turn the milk capsule out immediately, but let it cool down a little so that it does not break.
