Milk Chocolate Cocktail

Milk-chocolate cocktail is a frothy drink made from milk, soda water, and chocolate syrup. To maintain sufficient foam on the surface, stir the cocktail with a cookie stick.
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 ½ tbsp
- Boiling water – 1 tbsp
- Skim milk, very cold – ½ cup
- Sparkling water (pure, no additives) – 1 ½ glass
Directions
- In a small cup, combine cocoa and sugar. Add hot water and stir well. Pour milk into a tall glass. Pour in soda water a little at a time.
- Mix gently. Add the chocolate syrup very slowly and carefully so that the foam does not disappear. Stir gently with a long spoon.
- The milkshake will be chocolate brown on the bottom and light frothy on the top.
