  • 500 g wheat flour, type 450
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour into a bowl and make a hollow in it. In a cup, stir the yeast, sugar and a little milk with a spoon until everything is dissolved. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and cover with flour. Put a cloth or a lid over it and let rise for half an hour. When the pre-dough has grown significantly, add the other ingredients and knead everything properly. Let go again for half an hour. Then cut the tangerine-sized pieces out of the dough, roll them into a round or oblong shape and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave your distance, the little pieces still open. Bake at 180 ° for 10 minutes. Tip: You can also fill these sticks wonderfully, e.g. put a piece of chocolate in the middle. Or leave out the sugar and work in the fried bacon and onions.
