Milkshake with Cognac and Cinnamon

If you don’t know what to treat your friend who unexpectedly comes to visit, prepare an alcoholic and invigorating milkshake. Add cinnamon for more flavor and exoticism. I’m sure a friend will appreciate your efforts.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 0.5 liters
  • Ice cream (I had chocolate) – 100 grams
  • Cognac – 100 ml
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon – on the tip of a knife
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a blender. I use a stationary blender. If you have a hand blender, pour the milk into a deep bowl or jar. Send vanillin and sugar to milk.
  2. There is also ice cream.
  3. Pour in the cognac.
  4. Add cinnamon.
  5. Put ice on.
  6. Place the lid on the blender, place it on the power supply, and whisk the milkshake with cognac until smooth. When the ice is crushed and the milk is whipped into a thick foam, the milkshake with cognac can be poured into portioned glasses and served.
