Ingredients

  • 10 small chocolate bars (Milky Way)
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 g milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 130 g vodka or rain, schnapps, whiskey

Instructions

  1. Chop the Milky Way and heat slowly together with the sugar, egg and 200 g milk in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until everything is melted.
  2. Then add the vodka, remaining milk and cream and heat again, stirring constantly, but do not let it boil. Take it off the stove just before the boiling point and then fill it into bottles.
  3. Makes approx. 800 ml. Store in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle a little before use, then the consistency is perfect. The liqueur will keep well chilled for about 3 weeks.
