Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 60 g suar
  • 200 g flour

For the cream:

  • 125 g quark, 40% fat
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

For decoration:

  • berries
  • praline (s)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the butter, egg, sugar, flour and salt into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll this into 24 balls of the same size and distribute them in the hollows of a mini muffin tin. Shape small bowls with a dough former.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 12 minutes on the middle rack.
  4. For the cream, stir the quark with the vanilla sugar until smooth. If you want it sweeter, you can add some powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark.
  5. Using a piping bag, squirt the cream into the cooled bowls.
  6. Decorate the tartlets with fresh berries or pralines if you like.
