  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder, soluble
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 300 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt and 100 g sugar. Add the butter in flakes and knead everything into a dough. Add 1 egg and quickly knead everything into a smooth dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, so it is easier to work with later and does not stick.
  2. Dissolve the soluble coffee in 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Divide the cooled dough into 5 portions and place them in 5 greased tartlet molds. Spread on the floor and pull up the edge. Prick several times with a fork. Refrigerate.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 175 ° C hot air.
  5. Whisk the remaining eggs, 50 g sugar, coffee and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the coffee cream into the molds and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool and dust with the rest of the cocoa powder.
