  • 0.25 liter ¼ coffee, stronger
  • 5 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1 packet gelatine, white (6 sheets)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 100 g suar
  • Chocolate sprinkles or coffee beans to decorate

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with sugar, fold in coffee and whiskey.
  2. Soak gelatine, dissolve and carefully fold in gradually.
  3. Whip the egg whites and whip the cream until stiff. Then carefully fold both into the mixture and refrigerate.
  4. Garnish 8212; Done!
