Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 80 g almond (s), round
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 140 g suar, brown
  • 250 ml milk
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 bottle bitter almond flavor
  • 50 g marzipan, sliced
  • 100 g mirabelle plums, rouhly diced

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, ground almonds, baking powder and sugar. Mix with milk, egg, oil and bitter almond flavor to a smooth dough. Fold in the marzipan shavings and cubes of mirabelle plums.
  2. Fill into muffin tins and bake at 175 ° C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes.

  4. The muffins will be juicier if you fill one of the hollows in the muffin tray with water and the steam circulates in the oven while baking.
