Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 4 tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 can tuna
- 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- pepper
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers, wash and cut into cubes. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips and wash. Wash tomatoes and cut into eighths. Cut the eggs into eighths. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Put the tuna in a colander and drain. Put everything in a bowl.
- Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad.
