Ingredients

  • 1 head frisee salad or iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 bunch herbs (dill, parsley, chives, tarragon)

Instructions

  1. First wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peppers and feta cheese into cubes and halve the tomatoes. Halve the cucumber and cut into slices.
  2. Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the vinegar and oil. Chop the salad herbs and stir in. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and mix with the bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese. Pour the dressing over it and mix gently.
  4. The salad tastes wonderfully fresh and goes especially well with grilled food in summer.
