Ingredients
Ingredients- 1 head frisee salad or iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 bunch herbs (dill, parsley, chives, tarragon)

- First wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peppers and feta cheese into cubes and halve the tomatoes. Halve the cucumber and cut into slices.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the vinegar and oil. Chop the salad herbs and stir in. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
- Cut the lettuce into small pieces and mix with the bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese. Pour the dressing over it and mix gently.
- The salad tastes wonderfully fresh and goes especially well with grilled food in summer.
