Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated
- 2 orange (s)
- 200 g rock candy, white
- 2 tablespoon coffee (mocha), instant
- 400 ml brandy
- 1 tablespoon coffee beans

- Peel the peel thinly from the half of the unsprayed orange and set it aside. Squeeze the 2 oranges and bring the juice to the boil with the rock candy and boil down for 10 minutes. Then dissolve the instant mocha in it and let it cool.
- Add the brandy, coffee beans and the orange peel and refrigerate. Let the mocha liqueur soak for 3 days, pour through a sieve and fill into bottles.
- Tastes pure, with a little whipped cream or in coffee.
