Ingredients

  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ dl apple cider vinegar
  • 100 g suar, white
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper from the mill
  • 2 onion (s), red, finely chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, green, finely chopped
  • 200 g cheese, finely diced
  • 500 g pasta, (e.. Müscheli or Krawättli)

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, mix first the liquid, then the dry ingredients (up to and including pepper) and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet or to your taste, drain and allow to cool.
  3. Then mix with onions, paprika and cheese and pour about 2/3 of the sauce over it, stir and let steep for another hour. (Can also be prepared the day before). If necessary, add more sauce.
  4. Tip: some like it hot, i.e. prepare and serve the salad with the warm pasta.
