Ingredients
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ dl apple cider vinegar
- 100 g suar, white
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- a bit salt
- some black pepper from the mill
- 2 onion (s), red, finely chopped
- 2 bell peppers, green, finely chopped
- 200 g cheese, finely diced
- 500 g pasta, (e.. Müscheli or Krawättli)

- For the sauce, mix first the liquid, then the dry ingredients (up to and including pepper) and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet or to your taste, drain and allow to cool.
- Then mix with onions, paprika and cheese and pour about 2/3 of the sauce over it, stir and let steep for another hour. (Can also be prepared the day before). If necessary, add more sauce.
- Tip: some like it hot, i.e. prepare and serve the salad with the warm pasta.
