- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 4 leeks
- 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
- 2 packs cream cheese
- 2 packs processed cheese (herbs)
- possibly cream

- Wash the leek and cut into rings.
- Then fry the mince in a large saucepan. Add the leek and cook with it.
- Deglaze with the broth. Add the cheese to the hot soup and let it melt. Maybe thicken a little.
- If you want, you can refine it with cream.
- Baguette tastes good with it.
