Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 3 potato (s), cut into cubes
  • 1 small pumpkin (se), Hokkaido pumpkin, cut into cubes
  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 tomato (s), cut into cubes
  • some oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway powder
  • Savory
  • marjoram
  • water
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • Flour or sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with a little oil. Add corn, beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms and pumpkin and stir well. Add enough water to cover everything well and let it simmer gently for approx. 20 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and herbs and, if necessary, thicken with flour or a little sauce thickener.
