  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoon spelled flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into small pieces. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. If you like, you can also sweeten it with honey.
